Installation of an engine cooling kit in accordance with Malibu Aerospace Document No. M5-D3100, Engine Cooling Kit Installation Instructions in the Piper PA-46-310P, Piper PA-46-350P and PA-46R-350T Rev. B, dated October 26, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an a coustical change as defined in Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Section 21.93(b).
3. Aircraft Specification Limits are the same as listed on the Type Certificate Data Sheet except as modified in accordance with this STC.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
