1. Maintenance must be completed in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS04031-1, Revision C, dated March 15, 2010, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written permission of that permission.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
