3) The following STC is required to be installed as prerequisites:

a) STC SA03209NY - Installation of Model MTV-27-1-E-C_F_R(P)/CFR225-55f full feathering and reversing 5-bladed propellers.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5) Approval of this type design change applies to the aircraft model shown on this STC.

6) A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the applicable 14 CFR Part 23 aircraft is as follows:

a. As specified on the applicable Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) of the aircraft for parts not changed or not affected by this STC.
