Installation of SMR Technologies pneumatic de-icer models in accordance with installation instructions on SMR Technologies Drawing List as listed on AML No. SA02006NY.
1. The Maintenance Instructions for Continued Airworthiness contained in SMR Technologies Installation and Maintenance Manual, Rev. 7, dated September 7, 2004, is required with this modification.
2. Approval for installation of replacement parts for existing Goodrich Type 23 boots must be made in left and right pairs on wings or tail.
3. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA02006NY, dated October 6, 2004, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
