Part 23 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Installation of Avidyne Corporation Traffic Advisory System (TAS) in accordance with the Master Document List (MDL) referenced on the attached AML, or later FAA-approved revisions.

System installation consists of:

1) Avidyne Model TAS6XX/TAS6XXA Processor/Receiver, any one of p/n 70-2420-8TAS600, p/n 70-2420- 8TAS605, p/n 70-2420-8TAS610, p/n 70-2420-8TAS615, p/n 70-2420-8TAS620 (p/n 70-2420-8TAS620 is the same p/n as the Ryan International Corporation Model 9900BX), or p/n 700-00185-().

2) Transponder Coupler, p/n 70-2040.

3) Single blade Directional Antenna (normally the top antenna), p/n S72-1750-31L.

4) Twin blade Directional Antenna (normally the bottom antenna), p/n S72-1750-32L.

5) Optional Avidyne Model ATD150 (½ 3ATI) Display, p/n 70-2520.

6) Other ancillary equipment such as switches, circuit breaker, wiring, electrical connectors, antenna cables, etc.

Limitations and Conditions: (continued from Page 1 of 3)

1. Operation must be in accordance with the applicable Avidyne Corporation Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) as stated in the Master Document List (MDL) referenced on the attached AML, or later FAA approved revisions.

The AFMS must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with the applicable Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) as stated in the Master Document List (MDL) referenced on the attached AML, or later FAA accepted revisions.

The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. Directional Antenna installation in accordance with Installation Manual (IM) Document No. 600-00282-000 (32- 2351), Revision 01, or later FAA approved revisions is approved only for non-pressurized metallic structure certified to 14 CFR Part 23 §23.305 Amendment 23-45 or earlier and to §23.613 Amendment 23-45 or earlier.

4. Display interface installation is approved only for those compatible displays stated in Installation Manual (IM) Document No. 600-00282-000 (32-2351), Revision 01, or later FAA approved revisions.

5. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

See attached FAA Approved Model List (AML), Document No. AVTAS-019, Revision 01, or later FAA approved revisions for the Certification Basis.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
