Description of the Type Design Change: Install a Continental W670-23 engine in the above model airplane in accordance with Olde Thyme Aviation Pictures 1 through 40, and Olde Thyme Aviation installation instructions OTA040901 dated April 27, 2009.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is therefore limited to the installation in Waco UKC airplane serial number 3861, registration number N14015 only.
A copy of this certificate, and the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement OTA-1-02-06 dated August 05, 2009, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
