Description of the Type Design Change: Modification of aircraft and installation of Jacobs L-6MB engine, a Hamilton Standard 2B-20-9 propeller, a Cessna 195 engine ring mounted on a WACO ATO engine mount, and associated accessories and hardware on WACO ATO, serial number A-81. Installation and maintenance shall be in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document RM-ICA-001, Revision A-0, dated October 14, 2009, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to aircraft serial number A-81 only.
The airplane modified in accordance with this STC must be operated in accordance with the FAA-approved Supplemental Airplane Flight Manual (SAFM), Supplement No. R1022, dated February 10, 2010, or later FAA-approved revision.
A copy of this certificate, the ICA, and the SAFM must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
