1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) No. 19 for Illini Rudder Attachment, dated September 14, 2004, or a later FAA approved revision is required with this modification.
