Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication of inside passenger door handle in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Master Drawing List No. KAH1001MDL, Revision “New,” dated April 16, 2010, or later FAA-approved revision; and installation of this assembly in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Installation Instructions KAH1001, Revision “New,” dated April 16, 2010, and Installation Drawing KAH1001A, Revision “New,” dated April 16, 2010, or later FAA-approved revision. This modification must be maintained in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness KAH1001ICA, Revision “New,” dated April 16, 2010, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the aircraft listed above only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of the other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
A copy of this Certificate and the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
