Limita tions and Conditions:

1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. PA-14S-AFMS-9801, dated July 31, 1998, or later FAA Approved revision is required with this modification.

2. Compatibility of the design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
