Glass Panel Engine Monitor (with In-Flight Data) MVP-50T in accordance with the Installation Instructions, Document No. II 1211061, Revision D, dated June 15, 2011 or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the airplanes listed on the Approved Model List (AML) only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate;

FAA approved AML No. SA02135SE, Revision IR, dated July 7, 2011. Installation Instructions, Document No. II 1211061, Revision D, dated June 15, 2011 and FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number AFM06271101, Revision IR, dated June 27, 2011, or later approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
