Installation of the Lord Corporation Nose Wheel Shimmy Damper P/N SE-1051-2 in accordance with Lord Corporation Drawing as listed on AML No. SA02138AT.

1. Lord Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed on AML No. SA02138AT is required for this installation.

2. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA02138AT, issu ed May 26, 2000 or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another pers on to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
