Installation of Lake Central Air Services Horizontal Stabilizer Attachment Fitting Part Number LC-2200-21, Rev. 0, dated July 6, 2005, in accordance with Lake Central Air Services Installation Instructions CI-LC-2200-21, Revision B, dated August 26, 2005 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Lake Central Air Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, MS-LC-2200-21, Revision B, dated August 26, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions. Maintenance must include an annual inspection of the fitting per section 3.0 of the noted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
