Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Single Place Folding Seat, P/N DFS1-01W, in accordance with Aero Twin, Inc., Descriptive Data List No. DFS1-01W-D, dated April 30, 2008, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of the design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. A copy of this Certificate, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Document Number DFS1W-AFMS, Revision B, dated May 19, 2008, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number DFS1W-1-ICA1, Revision D, dated April 30, 2008, or later FAA approved revisions are required for this installation.
