The installation of an L-3 Skywatch HP TCAS 1 System to be done in accordance with Field Aviation Company Inc.(FACi) Modification Instruction 200910, Original Issue, dated May 28, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Operation must be in accordance with FACi Flight Manual Supplement 200930, Original Issue, Transport Canada approved September 29, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Maintenance Manual Supplement 200932, Revision A, dated December 15, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
