Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Garmin AT Model GDL90 UAT Data Link System, in accordance with Garmin AT, Inc., GDL 90 UAT Master Data List, P/N 560-0278-01, Revision A, dated November 12, 2004, or later FAA approved revision.

* See attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA02217AK, dated December 1, 2004, or later FAA approved revision, for a list of approved airplane models and applicable airworthiness applications.

Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number 560-0277-00, Revision B, dated December 1, 2004 or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
