Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Cleveland Wheel 40-40B and Brake 30-28D (Kit No.
199-64), in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Revision IR, dated July 12, 2012, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) accepted revision on WACO UPF-7, Serial No. 5446 only.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft, Serial No 5446 only. This approval should not be used unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of this aircraft. The aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with your ICA, Revision IR, dated July 12, 2012, or later FAA-accepted revision on WACO UPF-7, Serial No. 5446 only. Other maintenance instructions for maintenance may be used when FAA-accepted.
A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
