Limitations and Condition (continued):

This STC is applicable to B300 and B300C models with both 15,000 lb. MTOW and 16,500 lb. MTOW, which have Hawker Beechcraft Martime Patrol Aircraft modifications consisting of dual ventral fins, and a larger rudder. For the 16,500 lb. MTOW airplanes, the modifications also include heavy weight landing gear, and extended range fuel tanks. Noise compliance was found to Title 14 CFR part 36, Appendix G, Amendment 36-1 thru 36-24. The installation should not be incorporated into any other aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
