Installation of Thermawing de-icing system in accordance with Kelly Aerospace Installation Instructions as listed on Kelly Aerospace Drawing List NC-04-035, Revision T, dated August 6, 2009, or later FAA approved revision. This STC is approved for use as an alternative method of compliance to paragraphs (e) (1) and (e) (2) of Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2006-25-08.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Kelly Aerospace Document NC-07-003, Revision A, approved July 7, 2009 or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC (Model LC40-550FG), or

3. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Kelly Aerospace Document NC-05-019, Revision D, approved July 7, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC (Models LC41-550FG and LC42-550FG).

4. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
