Installation must be in accordance with Phoenix Aero Aviation Engineering Ltd. Service Bulletin PA-ESB-06-005 Issue 1, Rev C approved July 11, 2006 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

1. Operation must be in accordance with Phoenix Aero Aviation Engineering Ltd., Flight Manual Supplement, Raytheon Beech 1900D Interior Revision, report number FMS-PA-06-012, Issue 2, Rev C, dated July 6, 2006, Transport Canada approved July 7, 2006.

a) Phoenix Aero Aviation Engineering Ltd., Maintenance Manual Supplement, Raytheon Beech 1900D Interior Revision, report number ICA-PA-06-012, Issue 1, Rev B, dated July 10, 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

b) Lifeport, Inc. Patient Loading and Utility System for Air Ambulance Operations, Raytheon 1900D Instructions For Continued Airworthiness, Document No. EGR-434, revision B dated February 25, 1997.

3. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Raytheon Aircraft Company, model 1900D, Serial Number UE-392. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
