Installation of Rosemount Aerospace Advisory Ice Detector System in accordance with Rosemount Aerospace Master Data List, Doc. No. D06400453, Revision A, dated May 26, 2006, or later FAA approved revision.

1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Rosemount Aerospace Doc. No. FMS367002, Revision 2, dated February 22, 2006, approved May 30, 2006, or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the modified aircraft.

3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
