PA-42 Description of Type Design Change: Fuselage life limit extension in accordance with the airworthiness limitations section of ATSC, Dearborn and Flint Aviation Co. Instructions For continued Airworthiness Report No ATSARD-2, Revision Level “A” dated March 16, 2010 or later FAA Approved Revisions to the airworthiness limitations section.
Limitations and Conditions: The revised airworthiness limitations only apply to the serial numbers listed in the airworthiness limitations section of ATSC, Dearborn and Flint Aviation Co. report No. ATSARD-2 when operated by Aero Transporte S. A. The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
