1. Franklin Engine model 4AC-199E3 modified in accordance with STC SE02293NY is required to be installed on this aircraft.
2. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Culver Cadet, Serial Number 389. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
