1. Alamo Aerospace Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. 99005-6, Revision A, dated October 7, 2006 is required for this installation.
2. Alamo Aerospace Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. 99005-5, FAA approved on November 07, 2006 is required for this installation.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
