1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS_050205, dated May 2, 2005, or later FAA approved revision is required.

3. Installation limited to aircraft equipped with Teledyne Continental IO-520-A, IO-520-J, TSIO-520-C or TSIO-520- H engines.

4. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an acoustical change as defined in 14 CFR 21.93(b).

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA_050205 are applicable.

Certification Basis: No change from original CAR 3 requirements as described in Type Certificate Data Sheet 3A21, plus 14 CFR 23.1529
