Part 23 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. (See Sheet 3 for complete certification basis)

Installation of a Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 Integrated Display System (IDS) in accordance with Envoy Aerospace Master Data List JW2121A-3425-01, Rev. A, dated September 14, 2006, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, Envoy Aerospace Document JW2121A-3425-100, Revision -, dated September 21, 2006 or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this STC.

3. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, Envoy Aerospace Document JW2121A-3425-101, Revision -, dated September 21, 2006 or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this STC when the optional Rockwell Collins IFIS-5000 Integrated Flight Information System (IFIS) is installed.

4. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Airworthiness Limitations contained in Envoy Aerospace Document JW2121A-3425-200, Revision -, approved September 22, 2006, or later FAA approved revision, in addition to the basic aircraft maintenance manuals.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
