Description of Type Design Change: Install Sea Catch TR5 toggle release in accordance with Aero Twin, Inc.
Descriptive Data Report SA-AT-DD, Revision 1, dated March 13, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. Data pertaining to this modification are inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to Cessna 441, Serial Number 4410159 only. No additional modifications of this type are to be approved solely by reference to this Supplemental Type Certificate.
2. Aero Twin, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. SA-AT-AFMS, Original Release, dated March 8, 2010, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this modification.
3. For instructions for continued airworthiness, refer to Aero Twin, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, SA-AT-ICA, Revision A, dated March 19, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision.
4. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record of the modified aircraft.
