Non-Group Airworthiness Approval for Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums (RVSM) Operation in accordance with Envoy Aerospace, LLC Master Data List H06026-3411-L001, Rev. A, dated January 06, 2007, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to Raytheon Model 300, Serial Number FA-172.

2. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, Stevens Aviation Document 34-FMS-001, Revision N/C, approved January 12, 2007 or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Stevens Aviation Document 34-ICA-001, Revision IR, dated October 06, 2006, or later FAA accepted revision, should be incorporated into the aircraft maintenance program.

The certification basis for the Raytheon 300 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Raytheon 300 aircraft is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by this change.

b. The type certification basis for the parts affected by this change since the reference date of application, August 28, 2006, is shown on TCDS A24CE. Additionally, the applicant has complied with 14 CFR Part 23 as amended by Amendment 23-55.
