The installation of the Surveillance Configuration Provisions to be done in accordance with Aero Consulting Services Modification Data Summary E761000, Revision A, dated December 29, 2008 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. This approval is for surveillance provisions only and does not extend to the installation of surveillance equipment.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Aero Consulting Services Airplane Flight Manual Supplement F141090, Revision N/C, dated October 9, 2008 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with

a) Aero Consulting Services Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement E761070-MMS, Revision A, dated April 27, 2007 or later Transport Canada accepted revision, and

b) Aero Consulting Services Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement F141070, Revision N/C, dated August 12, 2008 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
