Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of the Max-Viz® Enhanced Vision System (EVS) Models 100/600 and associated hardware in accordance with One Sky Aviation Master Drawing List, Document Number 20 12 00, Revision IR, dated November 18, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.

1) Compatibility of this design change with other previously approved modifications must be determi ned by the installer.

2) If the Certificate holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, then the holder must give the other person written evidence of such permission.

3) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Revision IR, FAA approved on March 20, 2012, or later approved revisions and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Revision IR, dated August 11, 2011, or accepted revisions are required parts of this installation.

4) This system is placarded for “VMC USE ONLY”.
