The installation of KTA 970 TCAS I to be done in accordance with Western Avionics Engineering Order 104576-402, Revision 1, dated May 4, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Operation must be in accordance with Western Avionics Flight Manual Supplement FMS104576-804 Revision --, dated May 1, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Western Avionics Maintenance Manual Supplement FMS104576-702 Revision 1, dated April 1, 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
