Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a Honeywell Engine Model TPE331-14GR-801Z, and Hartzell Propeller Model HC-B5MA-5H/M11693NS, in accordance with Flight Doctor West, LLC, Installation Manual FDW-IM-802-14, Revision A, dated March 17, 2014, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision and Master Drawing List MDL-1001, Revision A, dated December 1, 2008, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.
This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
This installation must be maintained in accordance with Flight Doctor West, LLC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness FDW-MM-802-14, Revision A, dated March 27, 2014, or later FAA-accepted revision and operated in accordance with Flight Doctor West, LLC Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement FDW-FM-802-14, Revision C, dated March 27, 2014, or later FAA-approved revision.
