Installation of a Optec DMR-500 in accordance with Delta Engineering Master Data List 0160-06251-2101 Revision A dated Sep. 19, 2008 or later FAA approved revisions to Delta Engineering Master Data List previously listed.
1. It the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. FAA STC SAO1128NY-D must be installed to use this FAA STC Delta Engineering Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed on the Master Data List is required for this installation.

a. The type certification basis for Cessna 208/208B Series airplanes is shown on TCDS A37CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, Apr. 28, 2008 is based upon part 23 as amended by Amendment 23-58. Based on 14 CFR §$ 21.115 and
21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be as shown on the TCDS A37CE except the regulations listed below:
