Description of Type Design Change: Installation of floor mounted front seat belt attachments in accordance with the Dakota Cub Master Data List, Doc. No. 2009-STC-03-MDL, Rev. Org., dated April 24, 2013.

1. Compatibility of this modification with other FAA approved modifications, on the specific aircraft being altered, must be evaluated by the installer.

2. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, reference Doc. No. 2009-STC-03-ICA, Revision Org., dated January 6, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record of the modified aircraft.
