1. Compatibility of this modification with other FAA approved modifications, on the specific aircraft being altered, must be evaluated by the installer.

2. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, reference Doc. No. 2013-STC-02-ICA, Revision Org., dated May 1, 2013, or later FAA accepted revision.

3. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for the Piper PA-18 Headerless Fuel System, Doc. No.

2013-STC-02-AFMS, Rev. Orig., dated September 11, 2013 or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this modification.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Dakota Cub Aircraft, Inc. Supplemental Type Certificate SA02299AK is a required part of this modification.

6. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record of the modified aircraft.
