Reconfigure aircraft from 19 passenger seating arrangement to 9 passenger seating arrangement through removal of 10 passenger seats and installation of Freight Runners modification kit FRE-1900C-1020-2 , Revision NR dated April, 2007, or later FAA approved revision.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Instructions for continued Airworthiness (ICA) are incomplete. The aircraft will be eligible for return to service when the ICA is complete and FAA accepted.
4) You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Hawker Beechcraft Corporation 1900C Serial No. UB-59. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
