Installation of F. Atlee Dodge Oversize rudder and/or elevators in accordance with F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC, Master Data List MDL-8038, Rev A, dated October 01, 2013 or later FAA approved revision.
1. This type design approval for oversize elevators is limited to airplanes that are equipped with a PA-18 style horizontal tail in accordance with FAA approved data (see AML).
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
