Removal of chemical hopper tank and installation of 2-place passenger bench seat and associated restraint system. Must be operated under Restricted Category operating limitations of FAR 91.313. A placard which states 'Never Exceed Speed (Vne) = 132 mph' must be installed in full view of pilot.
