Description of Type Design Change: Approval of the L-3 Communications NGT 2000/2500 ADS-B system installed in accordance with the Master Data List, L3-61-MDL1, Revision Orig, dated January 22, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement or Supplemental Flight Manual, L3-61-AS1, Revision IR, dated January 28, 2015, or later FAA approved revision is required to be carried on the airplane as part of this installation.

4) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, L3-61-ICA1, Revision 1, dated January 26, 2015, or later FAA accepted revision is required as part of this installation.

5) Installation requires prior FAA approved antenna installation for Global Positioning antenna and Universal Access Transceiver antenna.
