Installation of Aerox MSK-A Passenger Oxygen Mask, part number 4110-702, in accordance with Rust’s Flying Service Installation Document RFS-001, Revision N/C, dated May 10, 2015 or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions
1) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2) Compatibility of this modification with other FAA approved modifications must be evaluated by the installer.
3) Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement “Piper Model PA-31-350 Equipped with Aerox MSK-A Disposable Passenger Oxygen Mask”, Document Number RFS-234, Revision IR, dated May 15, 2015, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation.
4) This approval is limited to the Aerox MSK-A Passenger Oxygen Mask, part number 4110-702, only.
5) The Aerox MSK-A Passenger Oxygen Mask, part number 4110-702, installed in this approval is for a single use only and is to be replaced after a single use.
