Installation of a Rockwell Collins IFIS-5000 Integrated Flight Information System in accordance with Elliot Aviation Master Data List, Report No. MDL-2707-000, Revision C, dated August 16, 2017, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Elliot Aviation Report No. FMS-2707-000, Revision A, approved October 3, 2017, or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the modified aircraft.
