The installation of Honeywell Epic Control Display System to be done in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL05123, Revision B, dated April 5, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Operation must be in accordance with Marinvent Corporation Flight Manual Supplement FMS05123-1, Revision A, Transport Canada approved April 5, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA05123-1, Revision A, Transport Canada accepted April 5, 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

3. Basis of certification as defined in TCDS A59EU, Revision 15, plus FAR 23.1322, 23.1331 at amendment 23-43 and FAR

23.867, 23.1321, 1353(h) at amendment 23-49.

4. Equivalent safety findings exists with respect to the following regulation: 23.1545 (b)(4) Airspeed Indicator. RVSM operation not affected by this design change.

5. A placard reading “MAXIMUM FLAP DN OPERATING SPEED: 150 KIAS” must be installed on the right side of the center console adjacent to the flap lever.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
