Description of Type Design Change: Allow carriage of canoe or kayak in accordance with STC Canoe Loading Document No.357, Revision IR, dated July 13, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Descriptive data about this design change may not be used to duplicate this modification on other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cessna Aircraft Company Model A185E, Serial Number 18501768. This Supplemental Type Certificate does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
2. Compatibility of this modification with other FAA approved modifications, on the specific aircraft being altered, must be evaluated by the installer.
3. Supplemental Flight Manual, Revision IR, dated November 5, 2015, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this modification.
4. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness refer to Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Air Sitka Canoe Carriage, AS-Canoe-ICA, Revision A, dated August 25, 2015, or later FAA accepted revision.
