Installation of Aero Twin, Inc., DFS8T seats in Textron Aviation Inc. model 208 and 208B aircraft in accordance with Aero Twin, Inc., Master Data List, Document Number DFS8-208-MDL, Original Issue, dated December 4, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.
1. The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this design approval to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Aero Twin, Inc. Document Number DFS8-208-ICA, Original Issue, dated June 30, 2015, or later FAA accepted revision is a required part of this modification.
4. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Aero Twin Document Number DFS8-208-AFMS, Original Issue, dated December 4, 2015, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this modification.

DFS8T seat installation in model 208 is compliant with Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) section 23.562 when installed per the alternate seating configuration shown in figure 6.3 of Aero Twin AFMS Document Number DFS8-208-AFMS, Original Issue, dated December 4, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.
6. DFS8T seat installation in model 208B is compliant with 14 CFR 23.562 when installed per the standard seating configuration shown in figure 6.2 of Aero Twin AFMS Document Number DFS8-208-AFMS, Original Issue, dated December 4, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.
