Installation of shoulder harnesses in passenger rows 1-3 in accordance with Master Drawing List (MDL) No. 53-608-40-01, Revision N/C, dated November 14, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Installation shall be maintained in accordance with Alaska Aircraft Sales Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for Installation of Passenger Shoulder Harness on DHC-2 Mk I and Mk III Aircraft, Document Number 53-608-24-01, Revision N/C, dated May 10, 2016, or later FAA accepted revision.
