Approval of part number RFS-01 folding passenger seat installation in accordance with the Master Data List, RFS-01-MDL, Original Issue, dated November 20, 2017, or later FAA approved revision.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, RFS-01-ICA, Original Issue, dated October 16, 2017, and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, RFS-01-AFMS, Original Issue, dated November 20, 2017, or later FAA accepted revisions are required as parts of this installation.
