Installation of Cleveland Wheel and Brake Kit 199-64 (including 30-28D brake assembly and 40-40B wheel assembly) in accordance with drawing 5871; and Instructions for Installing Cleveland p/n 199-64 Wheel and Brake Kit on Waco model UPF-7, VPF-7, YPF-7, ZPF-7, both Revision 2, dated March 8, 2017, or later FAA-approved revisions.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA02498CH, issued November 16, 2007, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
