1. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make-Model-Series listed above.

2. The installer must determine if this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. The modified airplanes must be maintained in accordance with ICA Document Number CAC-ICA-123, Revision IR, dated June 8, 2016, or later FAA-accepted revision.

Operated in accordance with the limitations and provisions of Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number CAC-FMS-123 Revision B, dated September 28, 2017 or later FAA-approved revision.

Maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document Number CAC-ICA-123, Revision IR, dated June 8, 2016, or later FAA-accepted revision.

4. The modified airplanes must be operated in accordance with the limitations and provisions of AFMS Document Number CAC-FMS-123 Revision B, dated September 28, 2017 or later FAA-approved revision.

5. A copy of this certificate, the ICA, the MDL and the AFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This modification is approved under the provisions of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Paragraph 21.25(a)(1) for the special purpose operations of aerial dispensing of liquids for agricultural purposes per Paragraph 21.25(b)(1) and forest and wildlife conservation per Paragraph 21.25(b)(2).

Airplanes modified by this type certificate have not shown compliance to the noise requirements of 14 CFR Part 36 based on the exception in Paragraph 36.1(a)(2) for the special purpose of agricultural aircraft operations as defined in § 137.3 and for dispersing fire fighting materials.
