Battery Relocation to be done in accordance with Amtech Aeronautical Limited (AAL) Modification Data Summary MDS305701, dated April 25, 2000, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Amtech Aeronautical Limited (AAL) Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS305701, dated December 31, 2007, Revision 1, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. Certification Basis:
a. For the areas unaffected by this modification, the certification basis is as defined in TCDS 3A25
b. For the areas affected by this modification, the certification basis is FAR 23, amendment 0.
3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cessna Model 340A Serial Number 340A0533. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
