d.b.a. Master Drawing List Document # RF8001MDL Revision 1, dated January 23, 2008, EAS approved, or later EASA approved revision
1. This approval is limited to aircraft installed with hydraulic pump P/N GP-H-503-E, which is part of the RF8001 Ski.
2. This approval does not include aircraft model A-1B installed with Lycoming O-320-D2A 160 HP engine.
3. Thomas P. Dietrich d.b.a. Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement SKI, Revision 1, EASA approved, dated December 04, 2007 is required for this installation
4. Thomas P. Dietrich Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document # RF8001FAAICA Revision -, FAA accepted January 29, 2008, is required for this installation.
5. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
